Returns & Refunds Policy
As all CIOVITA Locker Room items are made to order, they are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. We encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact your club representative immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As these items are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the case of a fault or error on our part. Please get in touch with your club representative if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Please note that as all items are custom-made to order, they are exempt from the standard EU 14-day cooling off period under the provisions for personalised or custom goods.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the event of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact your club representative.
